horrible service by front office and unresonable behaviour by Executive chef

Average hotel. Food is average and same menu for diner consecutive day. Staff don’t accept upon reporting the same dinner menu for consecutive days. Chef response is also unfavourable and very much irresponsible, also trying to prove us wrong. We felt same food was heated and served on next day. Regards Room- We called hluse keeping and front office more then 5 timesasThere were loud sound coming from Mini Fridge, Fan and from Bed also. after 4 to 5 call they send hluse keeping guy and maintance guy.maintanance guy came and power off mini fridge so we were unable yo use for 3 days.Fan's sound he did not did anything and told will inform to front office. next day front office manager came after severel calls and check all sound and told us will do something so we agreed and ask her to give us a call.as we are going out and will return late.but there were bo any arrangement for that and no calls also.whole hotel was busy to attend some wedding group.we also booked 8 rooms but there were no arrangement to solve issues. will not recommanded this hotel to anyone.

Horrible experience despite my visit as a Corporate client. This is despite requesting personally with Front office manager by email. Their flat denial to issue a copy of the invoice to a Corporate client shows the high handedness they can be audacious upto.

Stayed with this property with my extended family for three nights. After seeing the reviews online , quite excited about our stay. However, this property lacks very basic things & hospitality . There is no parking space in this property , you need to park outside on the roadside at your own risk. They have party hall at the 4th floor , in case you are staying on 3rd floor , you will will not be able to sleep , whole night they will keep managing their furniture and no body even listens even if you call at reception. The worst part there is no senior person available at the property , whom you can explain about your issues. The staff is too junior , not able to take any decision. Even in the restaurant, the staff is untrained and not able to understand the guests request. Stayed with them 3 nights with three rooms on each night , in spite of that no body called back to understand the issues or take feedback Overall very average property , with this price range look for other better properties in Bhubaneshwar.

Location , Bed, Breakfast was all good . What was strange was the unavailability of the restaurant for a meeting clients . In fact the lobby was also not available for discussions . Although there was a request for a small meeting of 5 over coffee, neither the restaurant nor the lobby was permitted. Even though it was just ten minutes prior to its opening time. Thus customer support seemed extremely missing. This of course meant a different hotel during next trip

Stayed for 4 days and 4 nights. I had a great stay, all the listed services were provided. The room, hallways and lift were very clean and staff was polite. Special mention to the wonderful food they serve
